Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that have been assembled, modified, or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vvbinnovationalliance.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Gift cards.
2. Refunds
2.1 Inspection:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
2.2 Processing:
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
2.3 Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Eligibility:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at info@vvbinnovationalliance.shop with details and images of the issue.
3.2 Process:
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item. We will ship out a replacement item as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product.
4. Shipping
4.1 Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.2 Lost or Damaged Returns:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4.3 Shipping Time for Exchanges:
